I've had a passion for the outdoors for as long as I can remember.  When I was young, I was fortunate to have family members that loved backpacking, hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, and spending time in the great outdoors with me.  Getting away from the pavement in the city and heading out to the dirt roads in the country provided me with opportunities to experience the great outdoors and to form lasting memories and relationships with those family members.  The pictures on this page represent a tiny fraction of those memories and just a few of those family members.

The photo above this paragraph on the left side of the page is of my Grandfather and I before one of our last outings into the great outdoors before he passed away.  We were heading out for an afternoon dove hunt near Austin, Texas.  The photos in the photo slider above this paragraph on the right side of the page are of my dad, brother, and I after a hunting trip near Houston, Texas and then my dad and I after a fishing trip near Dallas, Texas.  The photo at the bottom of this page is of my other grandfather, myself, my first nephew, my brother, and my dad wearing our matching hunter orange hats that we all got for Christmas many years ago - hats that are still worn on our outdoor adventures to this day!  It’s memories like these that drove me to start Savvy Lands.

My hope is that everyone gets to enjoy Mother Nature like I have been able to.  It's no secret that cities are expanding and public land where you can hike, hunt, camp, off-road, dirt bike, build a campfire, etc. is decreasing.  The only way to guarantee outdoor adventures for your future is to own your own land.  Land that can be passed down from generation to generation and enjoyed for many decades to come.  Whether it's through us or you buy it from someone else, I sincerely hope that you're able to find your dream property where you can make the lasting memories that I have been fortunate to make over the years.

This website, and Savvy Lands, LLC, are dedicated to all of the individuals pictured, and not pictured, on this page that brought me out into the great outdoors and taught me how to hunt, fish, hike, camp, backpack, and enjoy Mother Nature to the fullest extent.
